A++ Service

I had my AC serviced the other day with Brian. He was very thorough and knowledgeable about the unique system in my condo. The best HVAC service I’ve had in my 4 years here. He also installed a new Nest thermostat for me, and stayed to make sure it was running correctly on both heat & AC. When the Nest stopped working overnight, service manager Jason came out the very next day to fix it. A++ service, will definitely be using Air Dynamics HVAC for all of my heating & cooling needs in the future!

Motor Replacement for Air Handler

The AC unit was not working at my parent’s house, so they had to endured the heat for 4 days while I tried to get an HVAC technician out to look at the unit. During the 4 days, I had two other HVAC companies came out to take a look and they insisted that my unit was bad and needed to replace both units inside and outside which would have cost thousands of dollars. Thank god I called Air Dynamics. Kathy who is the operator is super nice and helpful. In the same day, she was able to schedule a technician to come out and look at the unit. Jay, the technician, actually came by during after hours to diagnosed the problem and found out it was a bad motor. He got on the phone and was able to get a new motor on a manufacture’s warranty. He then went to pick up the motor during after hours of work, so they can schedule to have it put in today for me. Brian, who is the technician that replaced the motor did a great job and very fast. All i can say is thank you to Air Dynamics and everyone i spoke to and met. They really helped us out a lot on this one. I am definitely a customer of theirs for life now and will be having them out yearly to do maintaince on my unit.

Got Our A/C Up and Running

Our A/C stopped working on Memorial Day weekend, of all times! I’ve heard great things about Air Dynamics in the past so I figured I’d give them a try. The technician arrived within the hour to diagnose. Turns out we had a leak in our system and it was completely void of refrigerant. The technician pumped refrigerant back in, tested our A/C, and boom- cold air was once again flowing through our home. We could not have been happier with the service provided. The technician was punctual, respectful, and honest. Will most definitely be using Air Dynamics HVAC again!

Air Dynamics was able to get us onto their schedule within just days of my request, while other companies were telling me I would have to wait weeks. Our system was not cooling sufficiently and we were in for a stretch of hot days, so service was needed fast.

The technicians were polite and professional and quickly located the problem. They clearly explained to me what needed to be done before just moving ahead with the work, which I appreciate. We now have cool air once again and everyone can get back to work. I highly recommend Air Dynamics.

Replaced Parts on Central AC Unit

This company is amazing!! The whole team went above and beyond. There were many issues with the company holding the warranty for my central AC unit. Air Dynamics HVAC LLC called the company multiple times and were able to have the part reimbursed. I will and already have recommended this company. Well worth the price!

Best Install Experience!

I just had a VRF system install completed today and I have to say this was the best install experience I have had. Berny and Jay were very professional and provided me with options that I did not think were possible for my setup. The team behind Jay were all very respectful and did an amazing job. I never felt more confident with an install then I did with this team. I can not stress how thankful I am!

Friendly & Professional

This past MLK day the temperature dropped into the teens and our heat in the house was not keeping up with our desired temperature. Mike came out to our house to check out our problem. He came later than his window, but we were just happy that he was able to come out at all given the holiday and the full schedule they had. The service call was $90, which I think is in line with the going average. Mike was friendly and professional.

I was a first-time caller, mid-afternoon no less, requesting service on my home heater that stopped working. Kim made a few calls and let me know that a tech would be there by within two hours and he was. He worked thru the problem, which was more complicated than initially thought.
