We got an estimate of $31,000 from another HVAC company to fix and replace units in my business. Turns out, the units... did not need to be replaced and were fixable and endend up costing us roughly $5,500 with Air Dynamics! I had my AC serviced the other day with Brian. He was very thorough and knowledgeable about the unique system in my... condo. The best HVAC service I've had in my 4 years here. He also installed a new Nest thermostat for me, and stayed to make sure it was running correctly on both heat & AC. When the Nest stopped working overnight, service manager Jason came out the very next day to fix it. A++ service, will definitely be using Air Dynamics HVAC for all of my heating & cooling needs in the future!read more

I was a first-time caller, mid-afternoon no less, requesting service on my home heater that stopped working. Kim made a... few calls and let me know that a tech would be there by within two hours and he was. He worked thru the problem, which was more complicated than initially thought. Air Dynamics was able to get us onto their schedule within just days of my request, while other companies were telling... me I would have to wait weeks. Our system was not cooling sufficiently and we were in for a stretch of hot days, so service was needed fast.The technicians were polite and professional and quickly located the problem. They clearly explained to me what needed to be done before just moving ahead with the work, which I appreciate. We now have cool air once again and everyone can get back to work. Came out SAME DAY for a routine boiler service. Mike was the technician. He was easy to talk to, knowledgeable and took... his time. I have somewhat of an older boiler system but he let me know what great shape it’s in. Didn’t try to bullhonky me. Really great prices and a small business, just what I wanted. This past MLK day the temperature dropped into the teens and our heat in the house was not keeping up with our desired... temperature. Mike came out to our house to check out our problem. He came later than his window, but we were just happy that he was able to come out at all given the holiday and the full schedule they had. The service call was $90, which I think is in line with the going average. Mike was friendly and professional.read more
