If your system experiences a breakdown anytime between June 1st and August 31st following your Advanced Cooling Tune-Up, we’ll apply the full cost of your tune-up toward the repair. To keep this guarantee active, any repairs our technician recommends to keep your system running reliably must be approved and completed during your tune-up visit. (If no repairs are needed - you’re all set and your coverage will remain active!)

What We Do During Our
Advanced Cooling Tune-Up
Our advanced cooling tune-up goes beyond a basic check-up—our technicians take care to identify and resolve any issues that could impact your system’s performance. By thoroughly inspecting, adjusting, and optimizing key components, we ensure your unit operates at peak efficiency for better comfort and long-term reliability.

When performing your advanced cooling tune-up our technician(s) will:
Check the thermostat to ensure proper operation & change batteries if needed.
Inspect all electrical components including relays, contactors, capacitors, Etc.
Inspect & tighten all electrical connections and plugs.
Test for proper voltage and amp draws to equipment and its components including motor and compressor.
Clean the drain pan, drain lines, and condensate pump(s) traps.
Replace or clean air filter up to 1”
Clean blower compartment.
Clean blower motor and oil if needed.
Clean the condenser coil.
Perform a digital refrigerant leak check.
Check refrigerant levels.
Check and record temperature, pressures & splits.
Complete system start-up and diagnostic assessment.
Tune-up procedures may vary slightly based on the specific manufacturer(s) recommended maintenance requirements.
